Runs the following tasks of the File Input Plugin.

It would be executed in FileInputPlugin.resume(org.embulk.config.TaskSource, int, FileInputPlugin.Control).

Parameters:

taskSource - TaskSource processed for tasks from ConfigSource

taskCount - the number of tasks
